Our work

Our best results have been achieved supporting a management team with an ambitious goal and a recognition that a judicious input of external resource will assure delivery of the required results.

In these instances, we work as part of the team in a number of ways:

1) initiatives where you lead the effort under our overall programme management

2) initiatives led by you, but with our support, in terms of expertise and /or resource

3) initatives which we lead and then hand-over to you, with appropriate up-skilling

The target is pre-eminent. The commitment to invest in the internal team is a close second. Doing the both together makes sense for you and us.

It does not make sense for normal consultancies, whose economics rely on leveraged teams and fast-in/ fast-out, with no time to transfer skills, even if they had the capability. For a big difference:
